I cannot recommend Sarah enough.  Our son’s feet appointment got cancelled due to COVID.  We were lucky to have been offered a virtual appointment with Sarah.  She has taken an enormous amount of time to look at multiple pictures, videos and take all his medical history prior to the appointment.  During the consultation itself, Sarah not only gave us her medical diagnosis (which she explained in detail and in a very easy language), but she also provided us with multiple practical and pragmatic advice and tips, which have been invaluable when trying to apply to a toddler’s everyday life”

“I was rather apprehensive when I joined Sarah’s Pilates class back in September, especially as I was a bit of a beginner and it seemed the rest of the class were fare more advanced.  I shouldn’t have worried, Sarah has a great ability to teach all her clients to work at their own pace and ability.  Most of all I love her interaction with everyone, walking the room between exercises explaining which part of your body should be ‘feeling the burn’ and correcting your posture if needed.  It also has a friendly family sort of feel and not the clinical robotic type of class that I have found to be the case in classes I’ve attended in the past.”
